Not resolved

I ordered a tablet on the 12 December. I never got it. I wrote on the 3 January and they said they don't have it. So they took my money but appears never to have the intention of sending it. Is that theft? And the customer Services were so apathetic and ambiguous... like they don't know anything about the order. They sounded sick of fielding complaints.

I will never use them again...never. It just sounds so....haphazard...and the staff sound like they know less than father Christmas about my order.

They refunded me today, but never again. I had several dozen dresses on order as well, but everything will be cancelled.

Monetary Loss: $29.
