I ordered a laptop screen from them but it was the wrong screen when it arrived. They did not respond to my emails until I filed a complaint with Paypal.

They promised to send a RMA# with the address to return the screen to but I needed to drop my complaint with Paypal. *** me dropped the complaint and I haven't heard from them since. I tried costumer service but after a half hour wait. they just logged me off.

They don't respond to emails either.

All I wanted to do was exchange the screen for the right one as they promised. I even agreed to pay the postage.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Lack of communication follow up.
